Prototype release

First public release of the Roulette Simulator has been uploaded.  I look forward to seeing feedback to improve this.

I have spoken with many people that have a "technique" when it comes to roulette.  This simulator has disproved the effectiveness of many of them.  

It is my hope to educate others with this simulator and to allow users to test their own techniques freely without the risk of losing real money.
